FMW Flex: Health and Fitness Your Way

If you’re like most people, it’s tough to get to the gym to workout, even when you’re motivated to get in shape.

To help, I’ve developed, FWM Flex, a monthly membership program that lets you work toward your health and fitness goals in the way that works for you.

We combine fitness planning, personal training, home exercise, and ongoing coaching to help you get the most of the time you spend on exercise and fitness.

Here’s how FMW Flex works:

We begin by talking about you, your experience with fitness and exercise, and your goals.

Using that information, we design a personalized workout program to use during our training sessions.

For clients who want to integrate our training sessions with their home fitness activities, we’ll also put together a home fitness program, which is described here.

For our training sessions, you can come to my studio or we can workout using Skype or Facetime. It’s your choice. You can make your appointments by calling me or by registering online.

I’ll also check in with you between our sessions to answer questions, offer tips, and keep you motivated and accountable. Those check-ins could be by email, Skype, or phone.

As we work together, we’ll continually review your plan and progress. That way, we can be sure that you’re being challenged and that we’re always focusing on your most important fitness goals.

Our goal is to design a personalized, realistic, and flexible fitness program that you’ll stick with.

What are the Program Options?

I suggest training with me 4 times a month, either in my fully-equipped, private studio or by Skype/Facetime, while also following the home workout program we design. The monthly fee is $269.00.

If you want to train less than four times a month, we can arrange that.

Getting results from an exercise program takes time (and a little patience), so I like to have new clients commit to a 3-month membership.

Who is this program best suited for?

Because this program is personalized, people of all ages and levels of fitness are welcome. Whether you’re new to fitness or an advanced athlete preparing for a competitive event, FMW Flex will work for you.
