Design Your Home Exercise Program
Sometimes, we get so busy that we overlook how important exercise is to staying healthy. Everyone knows that exercise is important, but it’s easy to let other things take priority.
If you don’t want to go to a gym or work with a personal trainer, you can still get the benefit of exercise in your own home.
You just need the right combination of exercises, equipment, and instruction. Then, you’re ready to go. That’s exactly what I want to help you do.
I’m offering a program to help you develop a comprehensive exercise program that you can do at home, without a trainer. I call it my Kick Start Fitness Program.
Here’s what my Kick Start Fitness Program includes:
- An initial consultation with me to assess your fitness goals. We’ll talk about everything you’d like to accomplish and any concerns you may have about exercise.
- A customized training program that you can do at home whenever it fits your schedule.
- I’ll show you how to perform each exercise in your plan.
- An assessment of your exercise space, and recommendations on equipment you may want, like resistance bands, stability balls, weights, video training programs, and a mat.
The goal of the program is to help you get fit at home on your own terms and schedule. It’s a great Kick Start to your fitness program.
