Hi, I’m Sue Mackenzie, owner of Fitness Meets Wellness, a private fitness studio in Westborough, Ma.
It is my passion (and mission) to help people achieve their goals with compassionate guidance and support, and to make fitness and wellness non-intimidating and accessible to all.
My approach is to instill in my clients confidence, new energy, and excitement about fitness and wellness.
I’d like you to find something new to get excited about, goals that are attainable, and a well-balanced way to a better life. I have been working in the fitness industry for more than 20 years.
I train and motivate clients of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels.
My expertise includes everything from youth fitness to senior fitness, basic nutrition, and stress reduction. As instructor-coordinator for a national senior fitness program, I trained, educated, and motivated fitness instructors throughout Massachusetts.
I have presented educational workshops and have provided quality assurance for fitness programs.
My approach to fitness is to provide safe, effective, and very personal attention to meet the needs of each client. I work with elite exercisers, as well as those with special needs, post-physical therapy patients, people with back pain and muscle/joint stiffness, and those seeking the stress-reduction benefits of exercise.
Linking the essential mind/body elements, I have great success with children and seniors.
I’m also an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Consultant.
I want to educate my clients and help them on their path to greater health and better awareness of their own unique strengths. Questions? Feel free to contact me by email or call me at (508) 366-8700.
