Small Group Training

Yoga MatHere’s a great opportunity to join a small group (maximum of 5 people) in a specialty training program that can help you shape up.

You’ll get individual attention, new exercises, and the support of a small group of people who are also working to meet their health and fitness goals.

It’s everything you need to get or stay in shape.

During each class, we’ll do resistance training using weights, interval training to burn calories, and every class will include time for a full body stretch. You’ll work hard, sweat, and feel great after each workout.

We emphasize the importance of using good form to get the most from your workout. And, you’ll get plenty of individual attention so you can get the most from the program and enjoy the experience.

Each weekly class, which lasts for 50 minutes, will give you a full body workout. I’ll vary the workout format during the program, so you’ll experience and learn new routines that will keep you fit and on your toes.

I offer Small Group training programs multiple times each year.
