Full Body Saturday

Full Body Saturday has been a signature class at FMW for years.

We are beginning the next round of the six-week program soon.

The class combines cardio, weights and a variety of formats in a high energy and fun environment. The class is moderate in its intensity and suitable for most fitness levels.

All of the exercises we do can be modified to suit your needs. I’ll always share alternatives to the movements, so you’ll have options for going through your workout.

Also, to keep things interesting, I’ll vary the class format slightly each week. That way, you’ll get a series of complete, full body workouts.

I always end each class with a relaxing stretch.

If you haven’t tried this class before, join us for a fun and energetic workout!

You can join for one or multiple sessions.

This class is offered using Zoom so you can participate from home!
