Life in Balance Coaching
Balance noun: a condition in which different elements are equal or in the correct proportions.
Balance in life is a state of equilibrium where different aspects of your life are in harmony with one another.
Achieving balance involves finding the right mix of work, family, relationships, hobbies, exercise, and rest that work for you and enable you to live a fulfilling life.
It means that you can meet your responsibilities and pursue your interests while also taking care of your physical and emotional wellbeing.
Why is balance so important?
Finding your own balance is a personal journey but studies show that having balance in our lives helps in so many ways.
Improved physical health: When you have balance in your life, you’re more likely to prioritize physical activity, healthy eating habits, and restful sleep. This can improve your overall physical health and reduce the risk of chronic medical conditions.
Better mental health: Balance in your life can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. By taking time for self-care and prioritizing activities that bring you balance, you can improve your mental wellbeing and overall quality of life.
Increased productivity: With balance in your life, you’re better able to prioritize your time and energy. This can improve your productivity, both at work and in your personal life, allowing you to achieve more and feel more fulfilled.
More fulfilling relationships: You’re better able to prioritize time with loved ones and maintain fulfilling relationships. This can improve your social support network and overall sense of wellbeing.
Increased creativity: Balance in your life can help stimulate your creativity by giving you the mental space and energy to explore new ideas and pursue creative endeavors. This can lead to greater personal fulfillment and a sense of purpose.
My Life in Balance Coaching program is designed to help you figure out what areas of your life could use some extra attention. Then, we do something about it–together.
We will work together to assess where you are now and decide how you’ll get back to that satisfying sense that you’re living a full and balanced life.
When we start working together, we’ll talk about your priorities, commitments, challenges and goals.
From there, we’ll develop an approach that helps you achieve the balance you’d like to achieve or maintain.
This program is designed to keep things simple. For many people, small changes are all that’s needed to make a big impact on the balance in their lives. We’ll always look for the most practical and simple solution to the challenges you want to address.
Some clients meet with me once a month, usually for 30 to 45 minutes.
After our initial conversation we can decide together how frequently we’ll meet.
