Stretch & Refresh: A Yoga-Inspired Stability Ball Series

Embrace fall and winter with an invigorating stretch series!

As the colder days set in, stretching becomes even more essential for body wellness and relaxation. I’ve created a unique class series that blends elements of yoga, Pilates, and deep stretches—all with a stability ball for an added twist!

The stability ball adds an element of support and play, helping you sink into deeper stretches while promoting mindfulness and relaxation. Together, we’ll practice focused breathing and take moments for mindfulness to refresh both body and mind.

Class Details:

  • Start Date: Tuesday, November 26

  • Time: 6:15 PM (50-minute sessions)

  • Duration: 3 consecutive weeks (last class on December 10)

  • What to Bring: Stability ball, yoga mat, and an openness to unwind and enjoy!

This series is open to all fitness levels—no prior experience is necessary. Come ready to stretch, relax, and enjoy a fun, restorative session!

This class is offered using Zoom so you can participate from home!
