Welcome Spring with Renewed Energy!
New Class: Choose Happy
After a long, cold winter, the arrival of spring is the perfect time to refresh and renew.
To celebrate this new season, I’m excited to offer a 5-week program called Choose Happy, starting in April.
This class combines rhythmic movements and stretches designed to open both your body and mind, helping to release negative energy and invite happiness and positivity in its place.
It’s a wonderful way to align your body and mind, embrace new ways of thinking, and create a positive shift in your life.
Each 50-minute session will gently guide you through movement, allowing your body to flow through every plane, followed by a mindful reflection to end the class.
Together, we’ll empower ourselves to choose happiness and foster a more positive mindset.
The program will begin on Thuursday, April 3 at 6:15pm and we’ll meet weekly. The final session will be on May 1.
