Kick Start Your Fitness

Sometimes, we get so busy that keeping our fitness routines fresh is tough. For many of us, getting regular exercise would be easier if there was a guide and workout plan to follow.

To get the most from your workouts, whether you’re working out a gym or at home, you need the right combination of exercises, equipment, and instruction. Then, you’re ready to go.

That’s what my KickStart program is designed to help you do.

KickStart is great for anyone who wants to:

  • Start (or restart) an exercise program
  • Add new ideas to their current workouts
  • Get some new motivation and ideas for fitness
  • Do something for their health and have fun

The program begins with a discussion between us about your exercise and fitness needs, interests and challenges.

We will also talk about  your exercise space, and any equipment you may want, like resistance bands, stability balls and weights.

Using that information, I’ll create a tailored workout plan for you. The plan will include a range of exercises, stretches and other activities that you can do on your own.

I will review the plan with you before it’s finalized so that you have a chance to make any changes you’d like.

Finally, I’ll show you all of the exercises in a demonstration/workout. We’ll practice the correct form for each exercise and I’ll talk about why each one is in your workout plan. Plus, I’ll answer any of your questions.

When we’re done, you’ll have a customized workout plan, the ability to complete all of the exercises in that plan and some new motivation.

This program will give your fitness and wellness a boost and is appropriate for people at any fitness level.
