Start off the new year with a new home exercise routine. This class will give you tips and tools to create a fun and comprehensive home fitness program.  We’ll focus on creating a home workout plan, schedule and the equipment you’ll need for a full body workout.

I’ll have recommendations for how, when and where to do your workouts. I’ll also dispel some common myths about certain exercises and show you three ways to keep your workouts fun and engaging.
