Balance is the ability to maintain a stable and controlled body position. It is a fundamental aspect of health, and it plays a central role in our everyday activities and overall well-being.

As we age, it becomes more challenging to sustain our balance.

In this session, we will review the importance of balance and the factors, like posture and stress, that impact our balance. We’ll also work together on several exercises that you can do at home to improve your overall balance.

Because there’s a relationship between stress and balance, we’ll also cover some easy mindfulness exercises to help you reduce stress and improve your balance.
