We’ll talk about the basics of healthy eating without having to deprive yourself of the foods you like. We’ll review the basic nutrients you need for a healthy lifestyle and how to find those nutrients in flavorful foods, whether you are making meals at home or eating out.
Most importantly, I’ll stress how to make simple changes, one at a time, so you can have a long-term view of your own nutrition and create something that works for you.
