An often-overlooked part of our overall fitness, wellness and level of stress is how we breathe.

Good breathing techniques help us with things like our respiratory efficiency and our ability to concentrate (and be mindful). But that’s not all.

Our breathing technique also impacts our core stability and posture, among other things, which we’ve discussed in earlier sessions.

In this session, we’ll examine how our breathing patterns can change how we feel and we’ll talk about the benefits of being aware of those patterns. I’ll show you some invaluable breathing and mindfulness techniques to improve your overall feeling of wellness, reduce your stress and clear your mind.
