Fitness Meets Wellness Classes for January 2023

Happy New Year!

As we head into the new year, I thought I’d share with you my upcoming classes for January 2023.

I offer my personal training and group exercise classes remotely using Zoom.

Our remote sessions are easy to set up, fun to do, and very effective. If you haven’t tried it, why not try it out?

Also, I continue to offer one-one personal training. If you’re interested in learning more about how I approach personal training, feel free to contact me.

Finally, don’t hesitate to invite a friend to join you in one of my classes. Everyone is welcome and all programs are for all fitness levels.

I’d be excited to see you in class! Happy New Year!

Arms Core Mindful Stretch

This 4-week program combines exercises to strengthen your arms and core. But the workout will focus on much more than your arms and core.

The exercises we’ll do will also work our glutes, back and shoulders.

We will use free weights, bands, our own body weight and I’ll add a few surprises.

Also, in this program, I’ve added a Mindful Stretch component.

One of the most overlooked parts of fitness is taking some time to stretch your body, relax your mind and find your balance, so I added it to this program.

My goal is to offer you a great arms and core workout followed by a relaxing mindful stretch.

This class is appropriate for everyone.

This 4-week program begins on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at 6:15pm by Zoom. The cost for the program is $89.00.

Full Body Saturday

This class has been ongoing. Join us for this full body class as we use many ways to get a full body workout including cardio and stretch.

We will use bands and free weights and incorporate different modalities such as Pilates for core, and yoga for strengthening, toning and relaxing.

This full body class is different each week.

The next session runs for 6 weeks beginning on Saturday January 14 at 9:00am. The cost is $129.00.

Hope to see you all soon!

Sue

A Final Note

The past couple of years have thrown challenges in all of our paths.

Covid forced me to convert FMW from a studio-based business to a virtual one. As I did that, people embraced the virtual workout. We found that virtual workouts, though different than in-person sessions, had other benefits too.

We’ve all saved time driving to the studio and back, people found they liked working out at home and they still get the individual attention they’re used to.

I’d love to see you in an upcoming class or personal training session.
