Fitness Meets Wellness invites you to feel great at any age. All programs are designed to be fun, empowering, and rewarding.
In addition to personal training, we offer small group fitness classes, and group personal training for 2-4 people.

6 WEEKS TO WELLNESS
This total body workout is for all fitness levels, and uses weight machines, free weights, stability balls, weighted balls, and balance pods. Workouts are guaranteed to improve overall strength, coordination, balance, and core strength. Formats include circuit training and group participation. Each workout ends with abdominal work and relaxing stretches. This class is fun, motivating, and interactive.
8 WEEKS TO WELLNESS
This class is for those people who are reentering into a fitness routine and wish to learn good techniques, and reestablish a consistent routine. The pace is good for beginners to moderate exercisers. The format is varied, using all of the equipment, weights, balls bands, with emphasis on total body and core conditioning also fun and rewarding
CARDIO/CORE AND TOTAL BODY WORKOUT
Jump start your metabolism. Make a commitment now to join this class. This class will get you going, strengthen and tone your muscles, and energize your mind. Learn new techniques in the studio and get tips to take home with you. Get fit, healthy, and recharged.
ALL ABOUT THE CORE–AND MORE
For this total body workout, we’ll use bands, balls, weights, and stability balls to focus on your vital core muscles. But that’s not all. This program will also emphasize overall strength, balance, and stability.
If you’re new to exercising, just coming back to your workouts, or want a slightly slower place, this is the class for you. We’ll have plenty of time for individual instruction, so you get the full benefit of every workout. You can expect we’ll do a variety of exercises to help you get fit and feel refreshed and relaxed.
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Small group training (2-4 adults) is designed for you to work closely with a personal trainer and address your specific needs and goals. Each session incorporates specific instruction and guidance through well-rounded workouts. The program also provides tools and strategies to help you stay on track with your goals outside of the fitness studio, including nutrition, stress reduction techniques, and at-home, targeted exercises.
YOGA FOR BODY & MIND
Tone, stretch, and refresh your mind and body with this hatha-inspired yoga class. All levels, from beginner to experienced, are welcome. Certified instructor: Francesca
Join this interactive, high-energy group class that is always fun and varied. Using different class formats each week, you work your entire body and mind. The class incorporates all the components of a well-rounded workout using the playground theme with weighted and stability balls, steps, and bands. This program is creatively designed to increase coordination, strengthen, tone and energize your body, and refresh your mind!
TRAINING FOR TEENS & PRE-TEENS…WITH A TWIST OF FUN
In supervised training sessions, teens and pre-teens will learn proper techniques for working out safely in our un-intimidating environment. Enhance strength, balance, and coordination in fun and varied workouts, which include the use of weight equipment, free weights, stability and weighted balls, and fun on the balance pods. Workouts are fast-paced, interactive, and very empowering! Fun is guaranteed in these 45-minute workouts. Sessions limited to 4 participants to allow for attention to each person.
TONE and RELAX: Strength Training + Yoga
Tone and strengthen your upper and lower body, plus gain flexibility and energy from yoga. The first half of this 75-minute class uses a variety of resistance equipment, including weights, bands, and stability balls, to strengthen and tone your entire body for a complete workout. The second half is a hatha-inspired yoga session with a certified yoga instructor who will modify movements to fit your level of expertise. This class is appropriate for beginners and also those who are more experienced. Refresh your mind and body.
8 WEEKS TO WELLNESS FOR TEENS
Teens enhance self-esteem, learn better body awareness, and build confidence in this program designed specifically for them. Sessions use a variety of equipment, including weight machines, free weights, stability balls, weighted balls, and weighted bars. Each teen receives personal attention to insure safety and proper technique while working out. This program is supportive and helps teens recognize their unique talents and strengths.
STAY ON TRACK
This six-month program keeps busy working people on track with their fitness goals. The program offers individuals two training sessions per month (bi-weekly) and alternating “check in” with their trainer in the studio or via e-mail to insure continuity of program. Each individual is provided with a personal at-home program for exercises and basic nutritional guidelines
SENIOR FITNESS AND WELLNESS
Classes include instruction for better cardiovascular health and resistance training. Special emphasis is on functional fitness for seniors, including flexibility, balance, and coordination—all beneficial for the senior population
CORPORATE GROUP FITNESS
Fitness Meets Wellness offers group fitness classes and educational presentations for your employees at your site. Classes are designed to enhance motivation, reduce stress, provide your employees time to refresh their creative minds, and enhance their physical well being.
Content, session times, and intensity are customized to the needs of your group.
