Here’s a great opportunity to join a small group in a six-week program to help you shape up for the fall. In the summer, it’s easy to neglect regular exercise. Here’s a way to get moving again in a supportive and friendly environment.
You’ll get individual attention, a whole body workout, and the support of a small group of people who are also working to meet their health and fitness goals.
I like to keep things interesting and varied, so we’ll use free weights, bands, balls, and our own body weight to be sure we get a complete workout for our arms, legs, chests, backs, shoulders, and core.
It’s everything you need to get or stay in shape.
During each class, we’ll encourage and support each other as we sweat, and burn calories. Every class will also include time for a full body stretch. You’ll work hard, sweat, and feel great after each workout.
We always emphasize the importance of using good form to get the most from your workout. And, you’ll get plenty of individual attention so you can make the experience enjoyable and beneficial.
Each weekly class lasts for 50 minutes.
We’re starting the six-week program on Wednesday, November 28 at 6:10pm. The program concludes on January 2.
You can attend the 6 weekly classes for $129.00. If you want to take only part of the series, I will prorate the program fee..
If you’re feeling ambitious, I’d encourage you to also join my other, six-week group class on Saturday mornings at 9:10am.
If you want to attend both classes each week (12 classes), the cost is $219.00.
