It’s been a while since I last offered a Reboot class or a class focused on the core. Well, the wait is over. I’m launching two new classes that can help you stay fit for the fall.

I may add other classes to the schedule later in the year.

In the meantime, I’ve also added a new coaching program called Wellness for Life. I’ve always believed that people can accomplish extraordinary things if they work hard and keep some balance in their lives.

My private coaching program is designed to help people do that. You can read all about my Wellness for Life program.

Lately, I’ve done more virtual training using Skype and Facetime. I’m offering Skype-based personal training for anyone who’s interested. It’s a great way to get your workout done without leaving the house. If you’re interested, let me know.

Here are the new classes I’m offering this fall.

Reboot Your Fitness Lifestyle 

Monday October 3 to Monday November 7 at 9:00 am

It was a great summer and maybe you now want to get ready for winter sports, or just restart your fitness program. In either case, help is on the way with this new 6-week class, Reboot Your Fitness Lifestyle.

Each class is 50 minutes of full body conditioning. We’ll emphasize all components of fitness, including cardiovascular conditioning, core building, and resistance exercises.

Like all of my small group classes, you’ll get the individual attention you need to make the program fun, safe, and effective.

Who should join the class? If you consider your fitness level to be at the beginning to intermediate level, this class is designed for you. 

The Re-Boot Your Fitness Lifestyle program begins on Monday, October 3 at 6:00pm. The weekly, 50-minute session runs through November 7. The cost for the program is $129.00. I know. It’s a bargain.

That’s not all. I decided that it’s been too long since I offered a group class that focuses on the all-important core.

It’s About the Core

September 20 – October 27  Tuesday and Thursday  at 4:00pm 

In this class, you’ll get a full body workout with special emphasis on strengthening and toning your all-important core. It’s easy to forget how a strong core can help reduce injury, prevent back pain, and improve your posture and body strength. You’ll work at a pace that’s right for you using a variety of exercises in a supportive and fun environment.

This class is designed for people of all fitness levels.

This six-week session begins on Tuesday, September 20 at 4:00pm and ends on October 27. The class is offered twice a week. You can attend for one or both days.
