I’m offering these specialty training sessions to small groups, so you’ll get the attention you need. Think of it as a small group personal training session–with a lower cost than hiring a personal trainer.

Core and Cardio Fusion

This program is designed to target your core in more ways than you can imagine, while also building cardiovascular health.

In this 50-minute class, we fuse core strengthening exercises with a variety of moves to burn fat and calories. Our goal is to help you build a strong, lean core. Who doesn’t want that?

This isn’t a class for beginners. The pace will be quick, though not so fast that you can’t catch your breath when you need to.

The program includes four sessions, beginning on Tuesday, March 17 at 4pm. We’ll meet each Tuesday until our final class on April 7.

The cost for the program is $99.00.

Total Body Interval Training

In this four-class program, we focus on a total body workout. The pace is quick as we move from one exercise to the next in a circuit-type format. We’ll use weights and compound movements to help strengthen our arms, chest, back, and core.

This isn’t a program for beginners, though you can modify the exercises to accommodate your level of fitness.

The program includes four 50-minute sessions, beginning on Tuesday, April 14 at 4pm. We’ll meet each Tuesday until our final class on May 5.

The cost for the program is $99.00.
