Group Class Design
We work together to design an ongoing (or one-time) program for your group. We work on the specific program content, the expected benefits, the approach to attracting people to join the program, and how the class will be conducted and evaluated.
In many cases, I can lead the program. But I can also help you find an instructor or train someone on your staff, if you’d like.
Fitness Program Review
Sometimes, it helps to have a fresh set of eyes look at your fitness program to identify new opportunities to make it as effective as it can be.
Now, more than ever, fitness programs must be highly tailored to attract people on an ongoing basis. I can help you look at your overall fitness program to find ways to help bring more benefits (and more people) to your existing programs.
Small Group Workshops
I offer a range of small group workshops for your trainers or your members.
For trainers, I can offer sessions on the latest exercise techniques, advice an how to deal with special populations, like seniors, and how to become even better fitness professionals.
For your members, I offer any of my group classes, but I can also teach short programs on subjects like basic nutrition, stress reduction, and how to get the most out of a home exercise program.
