Small Game Changers

Fitness Meets Wellness is offering a short series of training sessions via video along with some assessment of your equipment at home and a new program for you to follow.

We’re calling this program Small Game Changers.

Sometimes our fitness routines become mundane and we don’t know what to do to change them up.

This series will give you a fresh look at what you’re doing and some innovative ideas to create new energy for your workouts while keeping them efficient.

This series will introduce to you a new plan and some instruction that will allow you to change up your own workouts easily while using some of the same exercises in slightly different ways. Applying small changes to your workout program can lead to great results.

I can evaluate your fitness needs and teach you how to bring changes to your existing workouts with just a few small adjustments in either your exercises or equipment or both. There are a few personal training sessions included to ensure your confidence in implementing the new routines.

I have two options for the program.

Option 1: A Fresh Start

This option includes an initial consultation with a new program design. We’ll also do two, private training sessions using videoconferencing. The fee for the program is $175.

Option 2: Step It Up

This option includes an initial consultation with a new program design. We’ll also do four, private training sessions using videoconferencing. The fee for the program is $295.
