Research has confirmed the health benefits of stretching, like better range of motion and improved functional performance. In this class, I want to help you achieve those benefits.

Mindful Stretch is a unique 50-minute class that fuses tried-and-true stretching techniques with some yoga-inspired poses. We’ll also use some easy rhythmic movements, based generally on the discipline of Tai Chi. In every class, we’ll do some light meditation and practice mindful stretching.

When we’re done, we’ll have stretched your whole body to release muscle tension, relieve tired muscles and joints, and help your body and mind feel renewed.

My goal is to offer you a relaxing, invigorating, and mindful stretching program that you can use in our class and at home.

The program is designed for everyone, no matter the level of fitness.

The 6 week program starts after Christmas.

After that, we’ll meet once a week.

The cost for the program is $149.00.

You can start the program at any time. So, if you miss the first session, join us for the second session and I’ll prorate your program fee.
