Join Us for Small Group Speciality Training

Here’s a great opportunity to join a small group (maximum of 4 people) in a six-week specialty training program that can help you get lean.

You’ll get individual attention, a whole body workout, and the support of a small group of people who are also working to meet their health and fitness goals.

It’s everything you need to get or stay in shape.

During each class, we’ll encourage and support each other as we sweat, burn calories and get lean. Every class will also include time for a full body stretch. You’ll work hard, sweat, and feel great after each workout.

We always emphasize the importance of using good form to get the most from your workout. And, you’ll get plenty of individual attention so you can make the experience enjoyable and beneficial.

Each weekly class, which lasts for 50 minutes.
