As the summer slowly wraps up, it’s possible that you’ve gotten off track with your exercise and nutrition goals. It’s common, experts tell us, for people to pack on a few pounds over the summer.

To help you get back on track, I’m offering a special 8-week fitness challenge called Re-Boot Your Lifestyle.

Here’s how the program works.

We begin with a focus on the essential ingredient for success—your goals. We’ll meet to discuss what you’d like to accomplish during the program, whether that’s weight loss or something else.

Based on that discussion, I’ll prepare a suggested program for home workouts and some nutrition guidelines to help you stay focused on your goals.

In this initial consultation, we’ll also agree on how we’ll both be accountable for meeting your goals. At the mid-point of the program, we’ll do a one-one consultation to assess your progress and make any adjustments to the program.

You’ll attend a weekly group exercise class that emphasizes all components of fitness, such as cardiovascular conditioning, core building, and resistance exercises.

Each class is 60 minutes, which we break into two parts. For the first 50 minutes, I put you through the paces in our workout. We use the final 10 minutes to discuss what’s happened during the week, get feedback on the program, and I’ll answer any questions you have.

We’ll use a variety of equipment and class formats so you’ll never get in a rut. Plus, you’ll get the individual attention you need to make the program fun, safe, and effective. Naturally, I’ll be available to answer questions you about your progress, your home exercise program, or your diet when I see you at the weekly class.

I’m not a drill sergeant, but my goal is to help you reach your goals. That means, I want to find a way to hold you accountable for the achieving the results you want.  I’m not going to yell and scream, but I am going to do my best to help you get what you want. So, don’t be surprised if I push you a bit.

I believe people can accomplish great things with a clear focus, dedication, and a little help. That’s what this special program is all about.

The Re-Boot Your Lifestyle Group Challenge begins on Tuesday, September 9 at 6:00pm. The weekly, one-hour session runs through October 28. The cost for the program is $289.00.
